Sam is an incredible realtor. When my husband and I started the process of looking for homes and talking with realtors, Sam instantly stood out as what you hope for in a realtor, but often don’t find. Sam is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about real estate basics as well as being an extremely savvy business man looking to find the best value for his clients. He listened to and respected the list of what we wanted in a house, while serving as a trusted partner voicing his informed perspective on which houses would be the best investment for us. When we were ready to put in an offer, Sam worked hard to ensure we understood every step and that we were presenting the best possible offer that balanced our guardrails and also what would be competitive. In the end, our offer was accepted over three others (one of which was all cash!). I attribute this to Sam’s expertise, relationships and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients. Even after our offer was accepted, Sam closely watched our loan approval and closing process to ensure we crossed the finish line smoothly. And now that we’re in our house, he has been a valuable (and responsive) asset for connections to plumbers, roofers, etc. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough!
