Marcel Kluetz grew up in the Queen Anne/Magnolia area after moving to the US as a child from Frankfurt, Germany. He currently lives in Belltown and is very familiar with the city of Seattle and its many unique and ever evolving neighborhoods. Marcel is an avid sports fan and loves spending time outdoors. Bringing over 10 years of sales experience, he listens to the goals of his clients and understands how to negotiate, strategize, and close successful transactions.
